Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return form provided in your delivery.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
